The
parties hereto hereby agree that the terms and conditions
of this Agreement including all attachments and
any applicable amendments hereto, and any policies,
business practices, plans and methods not in the
public domain which may be known or disclosed to
either party as a result of this Agreement will
be held in confidence and not disclosed to any third
party for any reason whatsoever; provided, however,
may use Direct Bill's trade name solely for purposes
of disclosing the fact that Company has obtained
the Direct Bill Data from Direct Bill. Company agrees
that it will not advertise or in any way publicly
announce through any media that it has entered into
this Agreement or has or will be using the Direct
Bill Data or the Direct Bill Services, without the
express prior written consent of Direct Bill.
