| Company
shall pay Direct Bill the fees and charges set forth
in Appendix 1, Direct Bill Services Fees and Charges
- Customer Preferred Options.
Company shall be responsible for all fees as
shown in Appendix 1, Direct Bill Services Fees
and Charges – Company Preferred Options
for all data submitted to Direct Bill, which are
processed through Direct Bill Services (including
Direct Bill Data) and is received by Company.
Direct Bill may change all fees and charges upon
at least thirty (30) days prior written notice
to Company after the completion
of the initial Contract Year.
