Company
agrees to indemnify and hold Direct Bill harmless
from and against any claim made by any third party
that arises from or is in any way connected with
the use of any Direct Bill Services and/or Direct
Bill Data, or the performance of any services by
Company. The obligations of Company under this Section
shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
