Any
notice required or permitted to be given under this
Agreement shall be hand delivered or sent by regular
first-class mail with postage fully prepaid thereon,
or sent by nationally recognized courier delivery,
or sent by certified mail with return receipt requested
to the parties at the addresses specified on the
first page of this Agreement, and shall be effective
upon the other party’s receipt thereof.
