Services.
Direct Bill provides consumer public record information,
its retrieval and other related services (“Direct
Bill Services”) using proprietary databases,
information and selected services secured from third
party sources (hereinafter “Direct Bill Data”).
Company hereby subscribes to the Direct Bill Services,
which includes Direct Bill Data, for the sole use
as a factor in its business decision process in
accordance with the terms and conditions of this
Agreement. Company acknowledges and agrees that
Direct Bill will continually evaluate the Direct
Bill Services and as amended from time to time,
which upon provision to Company, shall be incorporated
herein by reference.
Data Standardization.
Direct Bill shall use proprietary programs to
correct data submitted by company to increase
accuracy of submitted data.
Data Standardization.
Direct Bill shall use the United States Postal
Services automated systems to correct data not
valid after initial data standardization process.
Data/NCOA Correction.
Direct Bill shall use the National Change of
Address system by the United States Postal Service,
through Equifax, to update data submitted by
company to increase accuracy of submitted data.
Data/Direct Update.
Direct Bill shall use Direct Patch, a propriety
software to translate data from NCOA into readable
formats to update data submitted by Company
while Direct Update, a propriety software updates
Company with data corrections.
Direct Process.
Direct Bill shall use Direct Process, a proprietary
software to output letters, statements, forms,
and any other media necessary for completion
of job, to process data submitted by Company
into pre-approved forms of output using laser
output at 600dpi.
Insertion.
Direct Bill shall use automated equipment to
collate and fold pre-approved forms of output,
inserting those forms along with a #9 BRE Envelope,
and any other inserts pre-approved by Company
into a #10 Double Window Envelope.
Distribution.
Direct Bill shall bring all finished mail pieces
to the United States Postal Service for national
distribution.
