Direct Bill uses a customized single window #9 envelope. The envelope is converted to a side seam on 24lb white wove bond. Return address information can be written on the lines printed in the upper left corner of the envelope. Special general payment remittance instructions are also printed on the flap side of the envelope to ensure proper payment returns. Generic Remittance Coupon Stock. Direct Bill uses stock that is laser compatible, microperfed at 6 2/3 from top edge. Stock is OCR compatible and clean edge detachable for remittance. Direct Bill uses a variety of styles and colors in our generic stock design. Company can choose which stock(s) to use for record sets.

Custom Remittance Coupon Stock.
Direct Bill uses stock that is laser compatible, microperfed at 6 2/3 from top edge. Stock is OCR compatible and clean edge detachable for remittance. Custom remittance coupon stock is available upon request, see Appendix 1 for a complete description of costs, quantities, and fees for manufacturing. Unless specified in unit cost, custom remittance coupon stock will be an additional charge per unit as allocated in Appendix 1.
