Bill has now developed a proprietary intelligent
analysis system called Direct Identify. This system
was created to reduce mailing costs for organizations.
Before Direct Identify, agencies did not have the
capability of co-mingling mail delivering to the
same recipients. Now with Direct Identify, agencies
have complete flexibility to achieve this task.
Utilizing a new systematic control logic, Direct
Bill compares and analyses each and every data
field that you supply and stores this information
into a three-dimension array. Once all records
have been analyzed, Direct Identify systematically
sorts all record destinations, then social security
and/or account numbers. After data comparison
is completed, the system merges record details
meeting the information protocols resulting in
a smaller mail piece count with the same result.
Direct Identify basis comparison analysis on the
following criteria:
Social Security Number
First Name
Last Name
Address 1 Field
Address 2 Field
City
State
Direct Identify stores the combined information
for reporting to the agency. Once the mail is
ready to be processed and output, Direct Identify
spools the stored information to Direct Process.
Direct Process then interprets the combined information
and resubmits an altered Mailing Confirmation
to reflect the combined records.
Direct Bill issues a Record Confirmation as well
as an altered Record Confirmation. The original
confirmation is to verify the correct number of
records was received while the second confirmation
reports how many records were combined.
The new confirmation lists the number of matching
multiple listings found, the number of records
combined, and their total dollar value after combining.
This state of the art tool is available to all
agencies utilizing the Direct Correct System.
